Yavapai County Sheriff’s officials are looking for suspects in connection with a debit card that was stolen and used at various businesses in Prescott Valley. Deputies were dispatched to a group home in Dewey back on March 3rd. Officials say the unknown suspects took an 86-year-old man’s debit card from his wallet and went on a spending spree. As the investigation continued over the next several days, it was discovered the card had been used beginning March 1st. A total of $12-hundred dollars was charged at Home Depot, Hobby Lobby, Burger King, McDonald’s, Subway and Jack-in-the-Box. The suspects also went to the Chevron at Highway 69 and Kachina Place in Dewey on two occasions charging a total of $200-dollars for gas. Investigators say there could be three suspects connected to the case.
