A wind advisory will be in effect tomorrow for Northern Arizona, including Flagstaff, Williams, Winslow and most of the Navajo Nation. The National Weather Service says the advisory will be in effect from 11 a.m. until 6 p.m. Forecasters say gusty winds will be the norm through the day. Winds are expected to be between 30 and 35 miles per hour with gusts over 45 miles per hour at times. Strong winds may create difficulties for high profile vehicles. If you have to travel, use caution.
