If you still want to request an early ballot in Coconino County, you have until Friday to do so. Through last Friday, the Coconino County Elections Office has sent out nearly 52-thousand early ballots and so far only 76-hundred ballots have been returned. The Secretary of State’s Office says almost 400-thousand early ballots have been returned so far statewide. Of those returned, 45-percent are Republican, 32-percent are Democrat with 23-percent other. If you would like an early ballot, call the Elections Office, visit the office or request one online at coconino.az.gov/elections. Completed ballots should be mailed no later than Halloween to make sure they arrive by Election Day, or you can drop off you ballot at a polling station in the county on Election Day.
