Prescott Valley Police Reach Out To Parents After Another Arrest At An Area School
Prescott Valley Police have arrested another teenager at a Humboldt Unified School District School and are turning to parents for help. A 14-year-old male was taken into custody Monday for “serious disruptive language” that was observed by two separate teachers at Bradshaw Mountain Middle School. The teen was booked on one felony and four misdemeanors in the incident. Police say there is zero tolerance for any language that can be understood as threatening or intimidating to another person. No threat or potential school threat is being overlooked. Prescott Valley Police have responded to numerous calls in the past ten days where students were overheard making verbal threats. Law enforcement officials are encouraging all parents to tell their children threats, or alleged threats, are not jokes and will not be considered as such.
