A Prescott Valley man has been arrested for holding a woman against her will, assaulting her and injecting her with drugs to keep her sedated. Prescott Valley Police say they were called to a home in Dewey Monday at around 2:30 p.m. after a woman claimed she was being held against her will. She told police she met 36-year-old Phillip Nelson on the mobile dating app Tinder and moved in with Nelson after she was kicked out of her home. She says when she moved in, Nelson immediately took her phone and wouldn’t let her contact family or friends. She told officers when she would try to leave, Nelson assaulted her and injected her with heroin and meth. Nelson was arrested in Chino Valley and charged with multiple felonies related to the case. The case remains under investigation.
