A Prescott man is in jail after he was involved in an altercation with a female victim last week. Police say 58-year-old Angelo Tornambe was in an argument with a woman that turned violent last Thursday at a Prescott home. The victim got out of the house and got help from a local business. She was taken to the Yavapai Regional Medical Center for treatment and was then transferred to a Phoenix area hospital. While at the Prescott hospital, she told police she was assaulted, tied, taped and bound against her will several times. Police arrested Tornambe last Friday and booked him for felony aggravated assault. Tornambe could face additional charges as the investigation continues.
