More snow is expected in Flagstaff through Thursday. The National Weather Service says Flagstaff could see two-to-four inches of snow on the ground by Thursday morning. Late May snow has happened a few times in the past. On May 23rd, 2008 Flagstaff saw four inches of snow and on May 24th, 1965 Flagstaff saw six-and-a-half inches of snow. The latest snowfall happened on June 8th, 1907. We should clear out in time for the Memorial Day Weekend. We are looking at clear skies and below normal temperature. However, the National Weather Service is predicting a chance of showers on Memorial Day.
