The Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office is seeking to identify and locate a suspect who burglarized properties in the Bensch Ranch area off Highway 69 between Mayer and Spring Valley recently. One of the victims lives in the 15-thousand block of East Upper Ridge Lane. The burglaries took place last Wednesday between midnight and 5 a.m., and involved a house, vehicle and RV. The suspect also apparently accessed six properties while in the area. Stolen items include an Amazon tablet from the home, unknown items from the vehicle and a 42-inch TV from the RV. The suspect is described as a white male, over six-feet tall, skinny with sleeve tattoos on his left arm and a tattoo on his right calf. It appears the suspect used the back gate of Bensch Ranch and may have had a vehicle waiting on him on Antelope Creek Road. If anyone has information on the suspect, contact the Sheriff’s Office at (928) 771-3260 or Yavapai Silent Witness at 1-800-932-3232, or submit a tip online at Yavapaisw.com.
