Yavapai County Now Has 61 Positive Cases Of COVID-19

There are 61 positive cases of coronavirus in Yavapai County. There are 12 positive cases in Prescott, ten in Prescott Valley and ten in Sedona with 14 other cases in the Quad Cities area. There are eight cases in Cottonwood and six others in the Verde Valley, with one unknown. There is still only one death in the county. Verde Valley Medical Center is reporting one active case, with five tests pending and Yavapai Regional Medical Center has four COVID-positive patients under care with ten people awaiting test results on the West Campus and one on the East Campus. So far, 1,289 people have been tested in Yavapai County, with 1,228 tests being negative. There’s no word on the number of people who have recovered from testing positive from the coronavirus.
