Yavapai County Law Enforcement Is Looking For A Man Who Eluded Police Three Times

The Chino Valley and Prescott police departments are looking for information in locating a dangerous man who fled from police on at least three separate occasions. On September 27th a Chino Valley Police officer attempted to make a traffic stop in the area of Perkinsville Road and Road 1 East. When the officer initiated the stop, 24-year-old Robert Jane Soper increased his speed to around 100 miles per hour on Perkinsville Road. Police later located Soper in a trailer off of North James Drive and he fled a second time. He also fled from Prescott Police on another occasion. At the time, Soper was wanted on a misdemeanor warrant, but is now facing multiple charges of felony flight from law enforcement. Soper is described as a white male, five-feet-seven inches tall and weighs 180 pounds with blonde to light brown hair and blue eyes. He also has tattoos on his left forearm. Yavapai Silent Witness is offering a $500 reward for information leading to his arrest. Anyone with information is asked to call 1-800-932-3232 or submit a tip online at yavapaisw.com.
