Yavapai County Board Of Supervisors To Vote February 5th On Becoming Arizona’s Second Second Amendment Sanctuary County

The Yavapai County Board of Supervisors will consider a resolution on February 5th that mirrors the resolution by the Mohave County Board of Supervisors, that supports the Second Amendment, which grants citizens the right to “keep and bear arms.” The resolution will also deem Yavapai County as the second “Second Amendment Sanctuary County” in Arizona, next to Mohave County. The board discussed the resolution in a meeting back on December 18th. After nearly three-and-a-half hours of public comment, the board voted to consider the opinions of those who spoke and craft a resolution that supported that. The board will vote on the resolution during their meeting in Cottonwood on February 5th.
