Winter Storm Warning In Effect Through Tuesday Morning For Northern Arizona

A Winter Storm Warning is in effect for Northern Arizona through 11:00 this morning. The warning will be in effect for areas down to 4,000-feet, which includes Flagstaff and Prescott. Areas in the warning area will receive light snow accumulations this morning. Flagstaff, Payson, Sedona and Williams could all receive two-to-four additional inches. Prescott, Prescott Valley and Chino Valley all could receive just a dusting of additional snow today. The biggest thing today is travel, if you have to travel today chains, snow tires or four-wheel drive is highly recommended. If you don’t have to be anywhere, stay home.
