We could be looking at winter-like conditions for a short time in Flagstaff this weekend. A storm will bring strong winds to the area starting Saturday, which has prompted the National Weather Service to issue a wind advisory from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. Forecasters expect winds to be 20-to-30 miles per hour with gusts up to 50 miles per hour at times. The advisory will be in effect for areas including: Flagstaff, Williams, Winslow, Holbrook and Munds Park. The cold front will also bring rain and snow showers to the area by Saturday night. We will see less than an inch of snow in Flagstaff before the storm moves on by Sunday afternoon. The storm will leave cold temperatures behind. Expect highs in the 30s Sunday and well into next week.
