Wind Advisory Will Be In Effect Tuesday Night Through Noon Thursday For Most Of Northern Arizona

A Wind Advisory will be in effect from 11 p.m. through noon Thursday as winds pick up ahead of another winter storm making its way into the state. The advisory will be in effect for the Greater Flagstaff area, as well as the higher terrain of Yavapai County, western Coconino County and Black Mesa. Forecasters say winds will be 25-to-35 miles per hour with gusts up to 60 miles an hour possible at times. Travel overnight and Wednesday could be difficult so use caution.
