United Airlines To Suspend Service At Flagstaff Pulliam Airport Beginning October 2022

United Airlines has decided to suspend service at the Flagstaff Pulliam Airport, but will review these changes after six months. The suspended service is due to increasing fuel prices and staffing shortages. United Airlines currently provides direct service to and from Denver and will continue service in Flagstaff until October 30th. Flagstaff Pulliam Airport Director Barney Helmick says, “We are disappointed to hear that United Airlines has plans to suspend service in and out of Flagstaff.” He adds, “We will continue to stay in contact with United during 2022 in hopes we can reestablish service in 2023.” Flagstaff Airport sees an average of 105-thousand passengers every year. American Airlines will still continue to offer service from Flagstaff to Phoenix and Dallas/Fort Worth.
