Two people were injured when two semi’s collided on eastbound Interstate-40 Wednesday morning near the Interstate-17 interchange in Flagstaff. DPS officials say a semi-truck hit a Fed Ex truck just west of the interchange at around 8:15 a.m. DPS says it’s unclear how the accident occurred but both were off to the right so traffic was able to get through. Both drivers were taken to Flagstaff Medical Center for treatment of their injuries. A passenger in one of the trucks was treated and released. The accident is under investigation.
