Two people were injured after being hit by a Toyota Tundra pickup Saturday night in Prescott. Fire officials say the incident happened at around 10 p.m. on Willow Lake Road at Prescott Lakes Parkway. When crews arrived they found a 51-year-old male and a 49-year-old female. Both were crossing the road when the truck hit them going about 40-miles-per-hour. The male suffered multi-system trauma and the female had mainly facial trauma and was unconscious. Both were airlifted to a Phoenix hospital in unknown condition. Authorities remind residents to wear light-colored clothing when walking at night and always carry a flashlight.
