Two people were arrested Sunday in Prescott Valley after an incident with a weapon. Officers were called to the three-thousand block of Greg Drive at around 1:43 p.m. in response to a barricaded suspect with a handgun. Investigators say prior to officers arriving, 46-year-old Eric Corozza was involved in a domestic dispute with his live-in girlfriend, 38-year-old Lindsay Excell, during which Corozza pointed a handgun at a neighbor who was at the residence for an unrelated reason. A different neighbor attempted to disarm Corozza, without success. Excell assaulted one of the neighbors while he was restrained by Corozza. Corozza fled inside the residence, where Excell was still inside. Officers arrived and arrested the two after they surrendered to patrol and SWAT personnel. They both were booked for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and conduct involving a weapon. Corozza was also charged with a prohibited possessor.
