Firefighters are making some headway on the Tussock Fire burning near Crown King in the Bradshaw Mountains. The wildfire has burned over 55-hundred acres and is now 66-percent contained. Fire officials removed all evacuation notices for Crown King and surrounding areas. Smoke from the Tussock Fire is not impacting Interstate-17. Winds are pushing smoke to the north-northeast. The fire started Saturday afternoon and is believed to be human caused. The exact cause of the fire is under investigation.
