Today Is Day Seven Of “Catch 22” And The Search Continues For A Man Wanted For Multiple Crimes In 2018

Today is Day Seven of Yavapai Silent Witness’ “Catch 22” program. Today we focus on finding 35-year-old Anival Diaz-Moreno. In the early morning hours of April 16th, 2018 a woman was at a home in the seven-thousand block of Horseshoe Lane in Prescott Valley when she heard someone pounding on her sliding glass door. She realized it was Diaz-Moreno and was frightened as he threatened to kill her in the past. Diaz-Moreno trespassed by going through a window into a room where the victim’s child was sleeping. The child awoke screaming upon seeing him and tried to get away. Diaz-Moreno fled the scene before police arrived. Then three days later, Prescott Valley Police found Diaz-Moreno, but he fled the scene again and also fled from police in Wickenburg the same day. He is currently wanted on a nationwide warrant for Criminal Trespass out of Yavapai County and Maricopa County, and a full extradition warrant for Possession of Dangerous Drugs for Sale, Possession of Narcotics for Sale, Weapons Misconduct and Unlawful Flight From Law Enforcement with a $20-thousand bond. Moreno is a Hispanic male, five-feet-six inches tall and 190 pounds with black haircut and green eyes. He also has multiple tattoos to include his name on his back and has scars on his abdomen and lower left leg. Yavapai Silent Witness is offering up to a $1,000 dollar reward for information leading to his arrest. If anyone knows his whereabouts, call Yavapai Silent Witness at 1-800-932-3232 or submit a tip online at yavapaisw.com.
