The Tout Fire is burning 27 miles southwest of Seligman. State forestry officials say the fire has burned at least 250-acres and is moving to the north-northeast. Difficult terrain is making it tough for crews to access and winds are expected to be strong on the fire Monday. A handful of residents in the area of the fire have been evacuated by the Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office. Residents within a two-mile radius of the fire have been placed in “Set” Status. A shelter has been set up at Ash Fork Schools Building in Ash Fork.
