The State House Forest And Wildfire Management Ad Hoc Committee Will Hold A Public Meeting Wednesday In Flagstaff

The State House Forest and Wildfire Management Ad Hoc Committee will be holding a hearing in Flagstaff later this week. The hearing will be held on Wednesday at the Northern Arizona Center for Entrepreneurship and Technology, also known as NACET, at 2201 North Gemini Drive. The intent of the hearing is to hear from city and county officials, and from the public, on how lives in the Flagstaff community were affected during and after the recent Museum Fire. Andy Bertlesen, Flagstaff’s Water Services Director and Mayor Paul Deasy will speak on behalf of the city, while Deputy County Manager and Public Works Director Lucinda Andreani and Forest Restoration Director Jay Smith will speak for the county, along with others. The hearing is open to the public. The hearing will take place Wednesday at 10 a.m.
