The Prescott Fire Department Is Mourning The Loss Of One Of Their Own

The Prescott Fire Department is mourning the loss of one of their own. Firefighter/EMT Tye Seets passed away this week and leaves behind his wife Karissa, two young kids, along with extended family in the Quad Cities area. Prior to joining the Prescott Fire Department, Seets served in the U.S. Army. Prescott Fire Chief Dennis Light said in a statement: “The Prescott Fire Department family would ask that you keep the Seets family and all our first responders in your thoughts and prayers during this very difficult and challenging time.” Prescott Mayor Greg Mengarelli echoed the chief’s statement and said he knew Ty Seets and also offered prayers for the family.
