The City Of Flagstaff Is Offering “Treecycling” This Month

If you bought, or cut, a live Christmas Tree this year, make sure to treecycle this month. The City of Flagstaff will provide curbside pick-up of your tree by the city’s Solid Waste Collections Service program. The service is for residents of Flagstaff that regularly receive bulky waste collection service. The tree collection will run from today through January 12th. Trees must be placed on the curb by 6 a.m. You can also bring your tree to four different collection centers through this month. The locations are at Thorpe Park at 419 North Mogollon Street, Continental Little League Field at 57-hundred East Old Walnut Canyon Road, Jay Lively Activity Center at 1650 North Turquoise Drive and the Recycling Transfer Facility at 18-hundred East Butler Avenue from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. Monday through Friday. For more information log onto flagstaff.az.gov/treecycling.
