The 2022 Monsoon Season Begins

The Monsoon Season is underway. However, even though the season is starting, afternoon storms don’t traditionally kick into gear until around the Fourth of July. However, we should see a chance of showers and thunderstorms starting Friday across most of Northern Arizona. The National Weather Service says there are equal chances of a good or bad Monsoon season this year. The Monsoon Season officially ends on September 30th.
