Arizona state health officials say the state is nearing 400 COVID-19 related deaths after 33 new deaths are reported Tuesday. It is the highest death toll from the virus reported by the state in one day as the total has reached 395. Officials say there are 386 new cases of COVID-19 in the state, raising the overall total to 9,305. The amount of positive tests in Navajo County has risen to 869, there’s 552 in Coconino County, 576 in Apache County and 126 in Yavapai County. The most deaths from COVID-19 in the state in regards to age is 308, which is in the 65-and-older age group. The most positive cases are in the 20-to-44 year old age group, where there have been 3,491 cases. Just over three-thousand tests were recorded by the state health department on Monday.
