Some Attractions At The South Rim Will Close, However The Park Will Stay Open For Now

Parts of the South Rim of the Grand Canyon will remain open for now, but some attractions will close due to the coronavirus pandemic. National Park officials say the South Rim Visitor Center will remain open, but the visitor center theater will be closed. Also, South Rim Ranger programs and Desert View cultural demonstrations have been cancelled. They will stay closed and cancelled until further notice.
