A Silver Alert has been cancelled after a missing 81-year-old man out of the Phoenix area was found safe. DPS officials say Leo Leonard Reutter of San Tan Valley was last seen yesterday at around 9 a.m. He left his home to go to the bank in Queen Creek or Apache Junction and never returned. Authorities say Reutter was located and found safe overnight.
