Shots Fired In Prescott Valley Leads To A Pair Of Arrests

Prescott Valley Police responded to a shots fired call Sunday night after a report of two men firing guns at an area motel. Officers were called to the America’s Best Value Inn at around 10 p.m. in the 83-hundred block of East Highway 69. When they arrived, they found a vehicle in the parking lot of the motel with a bullet hole in the front windshield. They contacted several witnesses who said they saw two men firing guns in a revine behind the motel. The two men were residents of the motel. After an investigation, officers arrested 44-year-old Jarrod Adam Coger from Florida and 34-year-old Theodore Raymond Dante Goodright from Ohio. Both have been charged with three felony counts of disorderly conduct with a weapon, discharging firearms within city limits and criminal property damage. Coger was also charged with possession of a weapon by a prohibited person. Police remind residents if you see something, say something.
