A recently rescued puppy has quite the background. The “Arizona Daily Sun” reported recently that volunteers from the Humane Animal Rescue and Trapping Team found Bella, a four-month-old yellow Labrador retriever-mix, almost two weeks after her owner, Michael Crocker, rolled his SUV off of Route 66 in Flagstaff. Crocker was airlifted to a Phoenix-area hospital after the crash back on May 14th, but Bella ran off scared. The two were on a cross-country trip from Alabama to Southern California at the time of the accident. When Bella was found, she wasn’t too far from the crash site. Bella has since been reunited by Crocker and are recovering together in California.
