A Red Flag Warning and a wind advisory, will be in effect Tuesday across most of Northern Arizona. The Red Flag Warning will include the areas of: The Navajo Nation, The Grand Canyon, Prescott, Prescott Valley, Winslow, Holbrook and the White Mountains. The wind advisory will be in effect for the greater Flagstaff area and Williams. Forecasters say winds will be 20-to-30 miles-per-hour with gusts up to 50 miles-per-hour at times. For areas in the Red Flag Warning area, humidities will be low and combined with high winds, the chances of a wildfire getting out of hand quickly will be high. If you are traveling Tuesday, use caution, especially if you are driving a high profile vehicle. If you see smoke during your travels, call 911 immediately. The warning and advisory will be in effect from 11 a.m. until 8 p.m. Tuesday, noon until 9 p.m. on the Navajo Nation.
