Thousands gathered at the Prescott Airport Monday to hear President Trump speak at a rally. The president arrived on Marine One just after 12:30 and spoke to the large crowd, some of them arriving as early as 3 a.m. Trump spoke for over an hour about early voting and mail-in balloting, as well as telling the crowd what Democratic candidate Joe Biden may do if he’s elected president. Trump also told the crowd that the economy will rebound under him and the pandemic will end under his watch. Trump spoke about Prescott-native Kayla Mueller and recognized her parents, Carl and Marcia who were at the rally. He also took time to say a few words about Senator Martha McSally and called Governor Doug Ducey “the best governor in America.” Both spoke toward the end of the rally. The president will end the day in Tucson. Election Day is two weeks from Tuesday.
