President Trump and the First Lady have tested positive for COVID-19. The news of the positive test broke Thursday night, just a few hours after his aide Hope Hicks had also tested positive for the coronavirus. President Trump tweeted the news saying: “we will begin our quarantine and recovery process immediately.” White House Doctor Sean Conley says “the President and First Lady are both well at this time, and they plan to remain at home within the White House during their convalescence.” White House officials say Friday that President Trump and the First Lady have “mild symptoms” of COVID-19. The Trump campaign announced Thursday two rallies in Arizona, one in Tucson and the other in Flagstaff next week. Both rallies have been canceled, but virtual events may take place.
