Prescott Valley Woman Arrested On DUI And Other Charges In Connection With An Accident

A Prescott Valley woman has been arrested on DUI charges after allegedly causing a five-vehicle accident last Wednesday. Police say 55-year-old Patricia Villa was driving her Honda Ridgeline west on Highway 69 at a high rate of speed when she failed to stop for a red light and rear-ended another vehicle. Three other cars waiting for the light were also involved in the accident. Two of the three cars had to be towed from the scene. Eight people were involved in the accident, four sought medical treatment. Villa was arrested and booked into the Yavapai County Jail on multiple felony charges, including DUI.
