A 67-year-old Dewey man, who was attacked by a Wendy’s employee at the store in Prescott Valley in July, has passed away from his injuries. Police were called to the store in the three-thousand block of North Glassford Hill Road back on July 26th after a customer complained about his food order. It was then when 35-year-old Antoine Kendrick of Prescott, came out from behind the counter and hit the man in the head. The customer fell to the floor, hitting his head on the ground and lost consciousness. Police and Central Arizona Fire and Medical personnel provided basic life support to the man before he was airlifted from the restaurant. The man died from his injuries back on Friday, August 5th. Kendrick remains in custody and is now being charged for second degree murder.
