Prescott Valley Police Arrest A Sex Offender For Propositioning Children

Prescott Valley Police arrested a registered sex offender Saturday after he propositioned three kids. Officers were called to the area of Lakeshore Drive and Navajo Drive at around 7 p.m. The call concerned a man in a red 1998 Toyota 4Runner, who was reportedly acting suspiciously around two young males on bicycles. Upon stopping the vehicle, the driver identified himself as 38-year-old Brandon Vincent Duniec from Phoenix. Officers talked to the juveniles ages 15, 14 and 11 and said the driver solicited them for sexual activity. A third child came forward and admitted to being harassed by the man. The driver was registered as a sexually violent predator in the National Crime Information Index. He was arrested and charged with luring minors for sexual exploitation, possession of dangerous drugs, and possession of drug paraphernalia, all felonies. The suspect was transported and booked into Camp Verde Detention Center.
