Yavapai Silent Witness is offering $400 for information leading to the arrest of a suspect in an arson case and a criminal damage case in Prescott Valley. Prescott Valley Police say on May 27th at around 1:40 a.m. an unknown person entered a house in the 63-hundred block of Wildhorse Drive. The person splattered paint throughout the home, set fire to the carpet and turned on a water supply hookup that flooded the home. Due to the amount of damage, the incident is a felony. Then at 11:25 a.m. Monday, police responded to Coyote Springs Elementary School in the 66-hundred block of Cattletrack Drive. Officers say an unknown person had been in the building for some time after doing significant amounts of graffiti to both the inside and outside of the school. The actions are considered aggravated criminal damage which is also a felony.
