Prescott Valley Police have located a missing teenage boy. Authorities say 16-year-old Phillip Bogue Junior was last seen by his father ten days ago. He packed all of his clothes and left on foot from his home in Prescott Valley. Police say the boy was found Thursday morning and is safe.
