Prescott Valley Police arrested a man after he fled from police Monday. Officers attempted to make a civil traffic stop on a Green Dodge Grand Caravan on Route 69 in Prescott Valley. The vehicle failed to yield to lights and sirens and continued traveling west on State Route 69. The driver continuously made obscene hand signs towards the officers and then forced two vehicles off the roadway. The driver of the vehicle is 56-year-old Paul Alan Frankowski. Frankowski had posted videos on Facebook stating that he will shoot the next officer who tries to contact him. After extensive investigation, Frankowski was arrested by Prescott Valley Police SWAT in Prescott Wednesday night. He was booked into Yavapai County Detention Center in Verde Valley and charged with felony flight and felony endangerment.
