The City of Prescott is prepared should cases of COVID-19 start to emerge in the city. Mayor Greg Mengarelli held a press conference Tuesday to address some of the efforts that are being made to prepare for positive tests. Mayor Mengarelli as preparations continue, he is not calling for the closure of bars and other entities in Prescott, but he is asking owners to use caution. Health officials say testing in the county is expected to increase as more tests are made available. Starting Monday, more providers were offering testing for the coronavirus.
