Prescott Mayor Greg Mengarelli signed a Proclamation of Emergency for Prescott Monday, related to the major winter storm affecting Northern Arizona. The proclamation allows for the city to seek reimbursement if, and when, a State or Federal Emergency or Disaster Declaration is made. The storm dropped between 12-and-20 inches of snow and crews will continue to clean areas of the city.
