A Prescott man was arrested Thursday after he exposed himself to a female hiker on a Prescott area trail. Yavapai County Sheriff’s deputies were called to the Constellation Trailhead parking lot at around 4:30 p.m., near the Phippen Museum. The 24-year-old victim told deputies she was hiking back to her car when a man walked out of the bushes onto the trail without clothes on. The suspect was naked, except for socks, shoes and a backpack he was wearing. She said he made no effort to cover himself and told her he was “sorry” and thought she was “sexy.” She quickly walked back to her car and called 9-1-1. Deputies located the suspect, 27-year-old Dustin Luckenbill from Prescott. He told deputies he likes to walk around naked for tanning purposes and claimed he tried to cover up when he met the woman. Luckenbill was wanted on another indecent exposure case on the same trail back in June where a man jumped out from the trees, naked and then followed a woman and her mother. Luckenbill was arrested on two counts of misdemeanor indecent exposure charges.
