Prescott Fire crews were called to rescue a woman in her 70s, after she drove off the side off of Old Senator Road Sunday. Officials say the woman had gone off the highway and nearly rolled down a 100-foot high-angle embankment to the drainage below. Fortunately, the undercarriage of the car got caught on a concrete culvert, but still remained balanced. A resident of a nearby neighborhood secured his Jeep to the car to help keep it in place until crews arrived. Crews secured the car and were able to rescue the woman and her three dogs. The car was then removed from the edge by a tow truck. The woman, and her dogs, were not injured in the accident.
