Prescott Area Law Enforcement Conducted A Speed Enforcement Detail Last Wednesday In Prescott

Law enforcement from around the Quad Cities conducted a multi-agency speed enforcement detail in Prescott last Wednesday. Officers from DPS, YCSO, Prescott Valley, Chino Valley and Prescott police departments performed the detail between 7 a.m. to 11 a.m., focusing on Willow Creek Road, Pioneer Parkway, Williamson Valley Road and State Route 89. Officers stopped 93 vehicles, 66 citations were handed out for speeding and 30 citations for other violations. There were 34 warnings, four criminal citations issued for excessive speed and aggressive driving. Two drivers were arrested for local warrants.
