Prescott Valley Police have arrested a man in connection with Monday’s hit and run accident. Officers were called to Lakeshore Drive, west of Navajo at 12:26 p.m. where an elderly male, was struck on his bicycle by an older white, two door truck which fled the scene. The bicyclist is a 63-year-old man from Gila Bend. He was taken to Yavapai Regional Medical Center and is in stable condition with cuts and possible head injuries. Investigators believe the driver hit the man intentionally because he yelled at him as he exited the parking lot. The suspect then drove back around and hit the man at a high rate of speed. Early Tuesday morning police received an anonymous tip that the truck was spotted at the Pruitt’s parking lot in the 75-hundred block of State Route 69. Officers identified the suspect as Glen Cosse and approached him. When talking to Cosse, he admitted to hitting the bicyclist and was taken into custody. Cosse was booked into the Yavapai County Jail and charged with aggravated assault.
