Pavement Work On I-40 In Flagstaff Moves To Between Walnut Canyon And Country Club Drive This Week

Ongoing pavement work on Interstate-40 in Flagstaff moves east between Country Club Drive and Walnut Canyon this week. Westbound I-40 will be down to one lane for two miles through 6 a.m. Tuesday, west of Walnut Canyon Road and Country Club Drive. From Tuesday at 7 p.m. through Friday at 6 a.m., eastbound I-40 will be down to one lane in the same area. Then work will continue on both eastbound and westbound sides of Interstate-40 between Walnut Canyon Road and Country Club the following week. Speed will be reduced in work zones, so use caution when work crews are present.
