Over 1,000 People On The Navajo Nation Have Recovered From COVID-19

There have been over a-thousand people who have now recovered from COVID-19 on the Navajo Nation. Health officials updated the numbers Tuesday night. According to the latest report, about 1,001 have recovered from the virus, however there are two more deaths and 82 new cases of the coronavirus on the reservation. The death toll from the virus is 144. Health officials say the number of positive cases is now 4,153. Over 26-thousand people have been tested on the reservation with over 20-thousand negative. Another 400 families were given food, bottled water, cleaning supplies and other essential supplies yesterday. So far over nine-thousand families have received supplies on the Navajo Nation during the COVID-19 pandemic.
