Summit Fire and Medical crews were called to the Cinder Hills OHV area on a report of a possible rollover accident Tuesday night. When crews arrived at around 6:15 p.m., along with Coconino County Sheriff’s deputies and Guardian Medical Transport, they found two people who told them the vehicle was at the bottom of the hill and didn’t know if anyone was inside. Crews hiked down to find a pickup truck with heavy damage, but the vehicle was unoccupied. After a brief search, they found the driver a short distance away. The person was able to walk out of the area with help and was transported to Flagstaff Medical Center for further evaluation. The truck rolled off the side of a hill and down to the bottom. There’s no word on what led to the accident.
