One Person Was Killed In A Single-Vehicle Accident In Clarkdale Wednesday

One person was killed in a single-vehicle accident in Clarkdale Wednesday. Clarkdale Police responded to a single-vehicle accident on Cement Plant Road near Bitter Springs Road at around 3:20 p.m. Upon arriving, officers saw the male driver to having a medical emergency. Verde Valley Fire and Verde Valley Ambulance arrived on scene. The man was extricated from the vehicle and was transported to Verde Valley Medical Center where he was pronounced dead. It isn’t known what caused the accident and it remains under investigation.
