One Person Injured In A Rollover Accident In Prescott Tuesday Morning

There was a rollover accident Tuesday morning in Prescott. Fire officials from Prescott Fire and Central Arizona Fire and Medical responded to a report of the accident at the intersection of Willow Creek Road and Smoketree Lane at around 10 a.m. When the first crews arrived they found a blue Kia Sportage upside down with a woman in her 20s, suspended from her seatbelt. She was taken out of the Kia and transported to Yavapai Regional Medical Center for treatment. A second vehicle involved had two people inside and were evaluated on the scene and released. While officials were investigating this accident, an impatient driver caused a second accident when he flipped a U-turn and sideswiped a vehicle. No one was injured in that accident. The cause of the first accident is under investigation.
